Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Flospace, the AI workspace at app.flospace.ai ("Flospace", "the Service"). Flospace is currently operated by SME Intelligence LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use Flospace on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so. If your organization has a separate written agreement with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
Access and accounts
Flospace is currently invite-only. You are responsible for your account and for activity under it, and you must keep your sign-in methods secure. Workspace administrators control who can access their workspace and what each member can do.
Your content
You and your organization own the content you put into Flospace and the work product it produces for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and transmit that content to provide the Service, including sending it to our AI and infrastructure providers as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to the content and systems you connect.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes others' rights;
- attempt to access accounts, workspaces, or data you are not authorized to access;
- interfere with, overload, or reverse engineer the Service, or bypass its security; or
- use the Service to build a competing product or to generate content that violates the usage policies of our AI providers.
AI output
Flospace uses AI models that can make mistakes. Output, including code changes and actions taken in connected systems, may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing output and for the actions you approve or ask the agent to take.
Third-party services
Flospace connects to services such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and GitHub at your direction. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Fees
Any fees are set out in your order or plan. We may change pricing for future terms with advance notice.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users. On termination, you can ask us to export or delete your workspace data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the product or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
